Nigel is a barrister admitted to the Gibraltar Bar. He has practised law full-time since 1993 and was appointed as Head of the Hassans' Financial Services team in March 2021.
Nigel has a strong international client base and has worked with some of the biggest names in the finance sector. He has also been a pioneer and a driving force in the protected cell company space, not just in Gibraltar, but also internationally. His professional experience combines regulatory, legislative drafting and transactional work. Nigel is the author and co-author of several books and he was appointed to the rank of Queen’s Counsel in 2019.

Joe Perdoni has over 30 years of financial services experience, predominantly within the insurance sector and the Lloyd's of London Insurance Market, having served as CEO of a Lloyd’s managing agency.
He has also held senior roles at director level for compliance, risk management and internal audit. He is a qualified chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, has a BA Hons in Accountancy and Finance and holds the ACII qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute and is also a Chartered Insurer. He joined the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission in 2014 and is currently Director of Prudential and Intensive Supervision.

Monika joined the GFSC in 2015, after working at KPMG Gibraltar focusing on audit and advisory projects. As a Senior Manager at KPMG, Monika also led their general insurance and e-gaming portfolios and sat on the Audit Faculty of the Gibraltar Society of Accountants. Monika is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has a degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
During her time at the GFSC, Monika has worked across both the Prudential Supervision and the Authorisation team, where she has led on the strategy and approach to the authorisation of insurance companies and worked within the organisation to develop policy and approach relevant to the supervision of insurance firms.

Kathryn Morgan has worked in financial services for over 30 years, in both companies and regulators. She is a qualified actuary and has led research on risk management and capital adequacy assessment. She currently chairs three audit committees for insurance companies. She is passionate about audit and especially the usefulness of internal audit.

Pervin Sivanathan is Group Head of Audit and Advisory at Pro Global. She is responsible for client relationship management, service / product development and delivery and specialises in the technical aspects of long-tail claims particularly asbestos, health hazard and pollution (APH) claims.
Her expertise includes focusing on IBNR evaluations for reserving, settlement and commutation purposes, undertaking due diligence and process reviews covering claims, operations and systems audits and providing expert witness testimonies.
Starting her insurance career in 1989 as a North American Reinsurance claims broker for Marsh, Pervin worked for Aon and Charles Taylor before joining Pro in 2007.
