Susan joined Pro Insurance Solutions in 2015 as Executive Assistant to the Group CEO and Group Head of Claims. As the business has grown, her role has expanded to include supporting senior executives and managing the administration of corporate hospitality events.

Following the launch of Pro MGA Solutions Ltd, Susan began supporting its CEO, Danny Maleary, and now focuses primarily on assisting Danny and his executive team while helping to strengthen relationships with clients.

Prior to joining Pro, Susan gained extensive experience in senior-level roles within leading financial services organisations, including Morgan Stanley and PwC.
