Elaine is a Senior Auditor with over 40 years of experience in the Canadian property and casualty insurance industry. Her expertise spans primary, reinsurance, and run-off business, and she has held various senior management roles throughout her career. Elaine has conducted Lloyd’s Coverholder audits and compliance services for Canadian-based MGAs and acted as an insurance subject matter expert for property and casualty, providing technical training, advice, and counsel.

Her experience also includes pre-Coverholder reviews, creation and review of insurance programs, and business process improvement direction. Elaine has successfully conducted numerous single and coordinated audits on behalf of Lloyd’s and other domestic insurers, optimising insurance-related systems and documentation.
