Pro Global Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries (as defined under s.1162 Companies Act 2006) together “Pro Group” is committed to the principles of Modern Slavery Act 2015 and preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within both its business and supply chains and expects those same high standards from its suppliers.
This statement sets out Pro Group’s actions taken and those which it continues to take to understand all potential modern slavery risks related to its business and to put in place steps aimed at ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in its own business and its supply chains. This statement relates to actions and activities during the Group financial year ending 31 December 2022.

We have appropriate controls in place such as our Modern Slavery policy that all staff must adhere to. This policy is subject to regular review and is easily accessible to all staff with training as required.
We have appropriate controls in place through our third party risk management framework to evaluate our suppliers modern slavery policy, ensuring that they conduct business in a lawful and ethical manner.

Whistleblowing policy, Pro’s employees, can report any concerns related to unethical, illegal or dangerous practices including slavery or human trafficking relating to the direct activities, of Pro Group or its supply chains. The whistleblowing process allows employees to make disclosures, without fear of retaliation.
Company Code of Conduct and Business Ethics, Pro Group’s organisation code informs employees of the actions and behaviour expected of them when representing the organisation, how we act with each other, our clients and suppliers. All employees sign up to the Code of Conduct and certification of compliance with the Code of Conduct is required from all employees and Directors.
