Samantha is responsible for managing our portfolio of retail ARs throughout the onboarding process into BAU.

Samantha joined the Pro team in December 2020 and brings with her a wealth of knowledge regarding the MGA sector. Samantha has spent over 15 years working in the insurance industry with a core focus on retail business.

During this time Samantha has been involved with the creation of start-up MGAs, including full insure-tech infrastructure builds and end to end operational development. She has also supported existing businesses with her operational skills via consultancy roles. Her expertise allows Samantha to understand our clients’ trading models and end to end processes, and to balance the needs and expectations of both external and internal stakeholders. Samantha ensures our clients are achieving their objectives while remaining consistent with FCA guidelines.

Samantha holds a LLB Law Degree. During her down time, she enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with her family.
