Zakk joined Pro Global in 2016 as an Assistant Technician. His role evolution led him to his current position as an Account Manager with Pro MGA in May 2023, where he contributes to the team by assisting emerging MGAs and helping existing clients navigate regulatory oversight.

Throughout his tenure at Pro, Zakk has immersed himself in various functions with Lloyd’s Syndicates, London Market (Re)Insurers, Brokers, and MGAs, securing expertise in areas like policy administration, accounts receivable, and premium closings, among others. His ability to foster and manage stakeholder relationships, combined with his keen eye for detail, has consistently delivered premium service quality, reinforcing Pro’s reputation as a trusted partner for our clients.

As a strong advocate of continuous learning and professional growth, Zakk has broadened his industry knowledge by transferring across diverse teams within Pro, also benefiting from the company’s sponsorship for his diploma-level qualifications with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
