With a strong background in stakeholder relationship management across international platforms, Shaun plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day engagement with Pro MGA clients.

His responsibilities include overseeing a team of Subject Matter Expert Account Managers (AMs) who are dedicated to providing tailored support to a suite of clients.

Shaun is instrumental in facilitating the trading activities of MGA clients by coordinating the delivery of essential third-party vendor services whenever required. His commitment to fostering strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction remains at the forefront of his role.
