Jonathan Richards is a solicitor with 10 years’ PQE and joined Pro Global in December 2021.

Jonny qualified at Weightmans and was a Team Leader of the run-off litigation team and later moved to Keoghs where he was promoted to Associate and headed up one of their NIHL/HAVS teams. He also has vast experience of dealing with mesothelioma claims and high value NIHL claims.

He has handled and supervised the handling of several high-profile cases over the years including Adrian Bowe v Mersey Rewinds Engineering Ltd & 2 Others [2018] EWCA Civ 72 and Walton v United Utilities Limited (Carlisle County Court, May 11, 2016) and has provided a number of large insurance clients with training on various aspects of occupational disease claims.
