What do you do in your role?

I am a Technical Analyst Team Leader. My main priorities are managing my team and managing the workloads we receive. I also ensure that all work received is completed within the clients SLA’s.

What made you want to join Pro?

I was recommended by people who already worked at Pro and enjoy it.

What is one thing you love about your job?

I love working in a team and being challenged on a daily basis.

How has Pro helped you develop your career?

Pro have always been keen to help me progress. They have given be the tools I have needed to do so, such as my CII exams along with courses to help me understand the London market better.

You need ensure you are good at time keeping and work well in a team. You also need to make sure you are accurate and precise always.
