Liverpool, United Kingdom, 15th January 2026 – Pro Global (“Pro”), a leading trusted advisor to the specialist insurance sector, has announced a significant expansion of its Liverpool operations after securing office space at the Royal Liver Building on the city’s waterfront.

The move reinforces Pro Global’s long-term commitment to Liverpool as a key regional hub, supporting continued growth across its Insurance Services activity, whilst also enabling the expansion of its MGA incubation & solutions offering, claims, audit and legal services propositions as client demand continues to grow. Pro Global is expected to take occupancy of the new office early next year.
Founded in 1993, Pro Global supports major insurers with complex operational, audit, claims and digital transformation requirements. The business has expanded steadily in recent years, including the launch of its specialist law firm arm, Pro Legal Solutions, which focuses on managing complex insurance litigation.
Pro Global has seen strong headcount growth in Liverpool over the past 12 months, driven by increasing client demand across its core service lines. The new office will enable further recruitment and investment as the firm continues to scale its capabilities in the region.
The Grade I-listed Royal Liver Building, completed in 1911, is one of Liverpool’s most prominent landmarks. The building was acquired in July 2025 by Princes Group in a £60 million transaction and is home to a number of leading professional services organisations.
Steve Lewis, Chief Executive Officer of Pro Global, said: “Liverpool has become an increasingly important part of our UK operation, providing access to high-quality talent and a strong professional services market. Securing space in the Royal Liver Building reflects both our confidence in the city and our long-term growth plans. This move gives us the capacity to continue expanding our teams and delivering the specialist support our clients need.”
Fergus Maclennan, of Adapt Commercial Property, who acted on behalf of Pro Global, commented: “We are delighted to secure space for Pro Global in the Royal Liver Building. The quality of the workspace, combined with the building’s profile, makes it an excellent fit for a business that is growing rapidly in Liverpool. The new office will support Pro Global’s ambitions to attract and retain talent as it continues to scale.”
Andrew Byrne, of CBRE, who represented the landlord, Princes Group, added: “We are pleased to welcome Pro Global as our first new letting since the building was acquired in July 2025. Pro Global complements a strong occupier base that includes HSBC, Grant Thornton, ITV, Evelyn Partners, Barnett Waddingham and Mott MacDonald, and we look forward to welcoming the team early next year.
