Claude joined Pro Global in July 2020 as a Senior Technical Accountant after working as a consultant for Pro for two and a half years. He has over thirty years of experience in the Property Casualty Insurance industry with stints at AIG, AXA Re, and Munich Re in various accounting related capacities spanning multiple disciplines, securing expertise in Primary Insurance as well as Assumed and Ceded Reinsurance.
Claude’s role evolution at Pro led him to his current position as Reinsurance Manager, working with clients such as Accelerant, Accredited, Assurant, Conduit Re, ERG, and ProTucket, among others. His responsibilities included run-off claim administration, dormant ceded receivable collections, implementing and maintaining new ceded reinsurance premium reporting and processes in accordance with a Client’s and their reinsurance partners’ specifications, and the front to back-end recording of premium and loss activity for another Insurer with an MGA (Managing General Agent) produced business model. Knowing that service is the product we sell to our clients, Claude strives to consistently deliver premium service quality by actively engaging clients on their needs, reinforcing Pro’s excellent reputation as a trusted partner for our clients.
