Richard Emmett, Head of Insurance Services at Pro Global, brings over 35 years of unparalleled experience in the (re)insurance industry. A stalwart member since the inception of Pro in 1993, Richard has steered the client management teams for over two decades, consistently delivering best-in-class outsourcing solutions to both live and legacy markets.

Specialising in all facets of insurance operational management, Richard’s current portfolio includes Pro’s Underwriting Support, encompassing both open market and delegated aspects, Technical Accounting, P&C, and Legacy Claims functions and Broker Services. His dedication extends to fostering client engagement with existing clients and prospective partners alike. Collaborating closely with Pro’s Digital Services team, Richard engineers improved processes, leveraging automation and process augmentation approaches to enhance client delivery.

A driving force behind the development and successful implementation of the WFUM Pools schemes, Richard is not only an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute but also holds the title of Chartered Insurance Practitioner. In his longstanding tenure at Pro, Richard has proven his commitment to excellence, making him an integral part of the company’s success story.
