Lorena Bonilla, Data & Analytics Manager at Pro Global, has a solid academic background as an Actuary, complemented by advanced studies in business process management, databases, agile methodologies, data analysis tools, and project management. With over 20 years of experience in insurance companies, Lorena has acquired a deep understanding of the insurance and reinsurance market, where she has implemented customized solutions that drive organizational success.
Since joining Pro Global in October 2021 as Consulting Manager, and subsequently as Data & Analytics Manager, Lorena has demonstrated exceptional leadership in the continuous improvement of internal processes. She has led technology projects and strategic initiatives aimed at innovating and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) for each vertical in Latin America. Additionally, she has led process reengineering and auditing projects in claims, collections, underwriting, and issuance in the region, always with the goal of providing excellent service to her clients.
