Ken Hutchinson is a Senior Auditor with 45 years of experience in the Insurance/Reinsurance industry. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting.

Ken has worked for a European reinsurance company as Vice President of Accounting for 13 years, and then worked for a Florida-based reinsurance consulting services firm for 25 years as Senior Vice President-Audits and Treasurer. In these roles, he was responsible for financial and statutory accounting functions, directing the company’s commutation and runoff strategy, supervising a 15-person audit department, and working with outside counsel in litigation support cases.

Ken has experience in Lloyd’s Coverholder audits, US MGA Operational and Transactional Audits, and has leveraged audit findings to mitigate client exposure. He has also worked for various State Liquidation Bureaus, performed backfill accounting roles with insurance companies, and presented reinsurance seminars to state insurance departments.
