Shayne has accumulated 27 years of (re)insurance expertise within the London Market, specialising in underwriting and technical support services, portfolio management, asset management, technical accounting, commutations, schemes of arrangement, and debt purchase. With a strong operations background and as a Prince 2 Practitioner, Shayne excels in providing comprehensive operational best practice advise across outsourcing management, underwriting, and technical support services within the London Market Insurance industry.

In his current role as Head of Underwriting Services, Shayne works closely with the operations team consisting of a dedicated team of over 350 staff delivering technical support to over 40 Lloyds and London Market clients.

Shayne’s hands-on approach, in-depth knowledge, and valuable industry relationships contribute to Pro’s ability to deliver practical and flexible solutions that align with client goals. Shayne’s commitment to understanding client needs through engagement, active listening, and interpretation is at the core of Pro’s successful approach.
