Guillaume Dutertre is a French-speaking auditor who has spent 6 years working for AIG prior to joining Pro in January 2022. He is currently involved in Delegated Authority audits in the UK and overseas, and also participates in Complaints-specific audits. As part of his role, Guillaume performs on-site interviews with key staff members, tests a sample of underwriting and claims files, determines the accuracy and timeliness of risk reporting and settlement, reviews operational policies and procedures, and assesses key compliance issues.

Additionally, Guillaume participates in Delegated Authority Audits under the Lloyd’s Audit scope, runs audit interviews, documents and shares findings with management, and assesses Complaints Handling. Before his current role, Guillaume worked as a Claims Handler for A&H and Warranty business, and later as a Complaints Handler in the Compliance Team, where he was responsible for RCA and reports for EMEA and Quality Assurance.
