Michael joined Pro Global in March 2023 and leads our Biometric Claims Assessment team at the Cologne location. He trains new talents and contributes significantly to the growth of Pro Deutschland.
As an experienced lawyer and specialist in biometric claims processing, he supports our key account management and product development, with a special focus on digital solutions, in addition to ensuring our quality standards.
