Since joining Pro, he has led our Specialist Claims team which provides claims management services to our live market clients and legacy carriers of UK EL/PL liabilities. Michael has previously worked for solicitors, brokers, TPAs and insurers (live and run-off) handling claims and managing teams. Michael began to specialise in EL/PL occupational disease and illness claims in the live market in 2005. He has significant involvement in handling test case litigation in HAVs, Asbestos-Related and sensitive claims, including group actions and policy trigger litigation. He has also been involved in work on a range of Inquiries e.g., the Hillsborough disaster and IICSA.
