Emily joined Pro Global in 2020 as an Assistant Technician within Insurance Services. Her role evolution first led her to the Consulting team, where she was outsourced as a Project Manager to a key client, and then on to her current position as a Business Development Representative for Pro MGA which commenced in January 2024. In her new role, Emily works closely with the Head of Business Development to deliver new business by realising valuable opportunities with insurers, brokers, and both existing and start-up MGAs.

Throughout her tenure at Pro, Emily has immersed herself in various functions, securing expertise and skills within project management, change management, policy administration and client engagement. Her ability to foster and manage stakeholder relationships, combined with her enthusiasm to make a difference to clients, has consistently delivered premium service quality, reinforcing Pro’s reputation as a trusted partner for our clients.

As a strong advocate of continuous learning and professional growth, Emily has broadened her knowledge by transferring across teams within Pro, gaining first-hand industry experience and she also has benefited from the company’s sponsorship through a foundation qualification in Business Analysis with The Knowledge Academy.
