Emma took up the role of Head of Operations in 2023 as part of a reorganisation, having previously joined Pro in December 2020 as a Claims Manager servicing RSA/Enstars’ Legacy Disease claims.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Emma brings a diverse skill set to her role. She holds a diploma in Management and a distinction in the management apprenticeship (secured since joining Pro) so as to enhance her ability to support teams and contribute to the business.

Emma’s responsibilities include overseeing the Operational functions and line management of the Claims Team Leaders.

She ensures operational delivery, compliance, governance and provides mentorship and support to colleagues.
