Having overseen portfolios, teams and major transformation projects, Kevin has a particular expertise in mesothelioma and other long tail disease claims with a sharp aptitude for operational transformation, process efficiencies, data insight and technology.
He has a thorough knowledge of the legal frameworks and industry standards involved in such claims. He has a passion for operational improvement via technology enablement, and his recent responsibilities include development of Pro’s data analysis and insight capabilities, technical and operational oversight, legacy portfolios and management of high value claims.
Kevin also represents the organisation externally and ensures that industry developments are communicated clearly to stakeholders.
