Specialising in various HR domains, Patrick’s expertise encompasses Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Management, Change initiatives, HR Processes, Compensation Analysis and Benchmarking, Redundancy Programmes, TUPE, Discipline and Grievance, Grading and Reward, and Employment Law. Patrick is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).
