Pervin is the Group Head of Audit & Advisory Services at Pro, where she is responsible for client relationship management, service and product development, and overseeing service delivery.

With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Pervin specialises in the technical aspects of long-tail claims, particularly asbestos, health hazard, and pollution claims. She has also conducted due diligence and process reviews, reserve valuations, and provided litigation support.

Pervin has worked on various projects, including M&A reviews, claims file reviews, and reserving financials for major asbestos accounts in the London market. Additionally, she has sector experience in SLA management, claims consulting, and marketing and communications strategy.
