As the Group Head of Human Resources at Pro Global, he holds a pivotal role in overseeing and shaping the HR function for the organisation. Patrick brings a strategic business partner’s mindset, consistently demonstrating a proven track record of delivering results across diverse sectors. His experience includes leadership roles in both head office and operational environments, where he brings a proactive and pragmatic approach to effectively managing people.

Specialising in various HR domains, Patrick’s expertise encompasses Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Management, Change initiatives, HR Processes, Compensation Analysis and Benchmarking, Redundancy Programmes, TUPE, Discipline and Grievance, Grading and Reward, and Employment Law. Patrick is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).

Having a strategic and results-driven mindset, Patrick is well-versed in aligning HR functions with overall business objectives. His proactive approach to people management ensures that HR processes are not only efficient but also contribute to the achievement of organisational goals.
