Richard is an experienced Claims Consultant and Auditor with a background in insurance and reinsurance, primarily in the Lloyd’s and London Market.
With 17 years of experience, he has worked on a range of projects, including delegated underwriting authority risk and claims audits for clients in the UK, Europe, and the US, as well as corporate risk and compliance oversight. Richard has also worked as a claims adjuster for Pro’s claims team, managing Lloyd’s and London Market Company claims, and for a global Swiss reinsurer to reduce a backlog of several thousand claims.
His consultancy experience includes working on a bespoke project with a general insurance and reinsurance company, remapping and reallocating their risk codes across numerous legacy systems. Richard is an accredited Lloyd’s CFR reviewer, and he is skilled in compliance, claims management, risk management, commutation analysis and negotiations, and business analytics.

Francesco Rastrelli is a senior consultant at Pro with over seven years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. He holds an MSc in International Management and is currently undertaking CII and CMI qualifications. Francesco, as a native Italian speaker with Spanish language skills, has global audit experience, with a focus on Italian delegated authority audits.
Francesco’s current role involves undertaking Delegated Authority audits across a wide range of classes, providing assurance and an impartial view of Coverholder/DCA operations and compliance. He is responsible for conducting on-site interviews, leading audit teams, testing underwriting and claims files, and reviewing operational policies and procedures. Francesco is also knowledgeable in the compliance issues relevant to the Coverholder/DCA’s jurisdiction, including EU directives, UK insurance acts, and FCA principles. His past and current assignments include Delegated Authority Audits under the Lloyd’s Audit scope, supporting clients’ internal audit teams, and implementing anti-bribery compliance programs.. Before joining Pro, he spent seven years at PwC Italy, where he developed his skills in internal audit and compliance.

Iain joined Pro Global in 2016 and has over 25 years of UK general insurance claims experience. Prior to joining Pro, Iain had been working and leading in the EL/PL Legacy Disease Insurance sector. Skilled in Dispute Resolution, Commercial Insurance, People Management, Employers and Public Liability, and General Insurance. Trusted relationship manager, flexible, adaptable to change and proven performance delivery on a consistent basis.
Since 2003, he has specialised in the management of long and short tail disease claims of all types, with an increasing focus on Asbestos related matters in recent years and emerging risks such as Covid-related policy disputes.
Iain represents clients on the Forum of Scottish Claims Managers where he holds the role of Vice Chair.
