Chris is an experienced practitioner who has worked across the London Insurance Market in areas such as marketing, market growth, and modernisation initiatives. He is currently Head of Marketing & External Communications at Pro and is responsible for all marketing and external communication activities across the business.
Chris joined Pro Global in February 2020 as a consultant and transitioned into another consultancy role within the Insurance Services team before being promoted to Head of Marketing & External Communications in October 2020.
Prior to joining Pro Global, Chris worked for Lloyd’s where he was responsible for the successful initiation, planning and execution of several London Market strategic initiatives. Chris has also held roles at London and International Insurance Brokers’ Association (LIIBA), where he represented a membership base of approximately 200 broking firms on market modernisation projects and Placing Platform Limited (PPL) as a consultant where he was responsible for managing the transition from PPL’s current workforce structure into that of an employing entity.

Pervin is the Group Head of Audit & Advisory Services at Pro, where she is responsible for client relationship management, service and product development, and overseeing service delivery.
With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Pervin specialises in the technical aspects of long-tail claims, particularly asbestos, health hazard, and pollution claims. She has also conducted due diligence and process reviews, reserve valuations, and provided litigation support.
Pervin has worked on various projects, including M&A reviews, claims file reviews, and reserving financials for major asbestos accounts in the London market. Additionally, she has sector experience in SLA management, claims consulting, and marketing and communications strategy.
