He joined Pro in 2025, bringing a wealth of expertise in managing complex property and casualty claims and specialising in litigation management for insurers and reinsurers globally. Throughout his career, Jeffrey has held senior leadership positions at several prominent firms, including Southern Trust, Everest Reinsurance, and USAA.
His background is particularly extensive in the supervision of facultative and treaty reinsurance claims, where he has been responsible for financial analytics, risk management and regulatory compliance. Jeffrey also spent three years teaching at university level, a role that complements his technical proficiency with strong communication and analytical skills.
Jeffrey holds an MBA in Finance and International Business and an MA in International Studies. He is a multi-lingual specialist, fluent in English and Spanish with conversational Portuguese and holds multiple industry designations including CPCU, ARM, and ARe. His expertise spans a vast range of sectors, from commercial liability and professional indemnity to energy, marine, and environmental claims.
