Jeffrey is a seasoned insurance and reinsurance professional with over 27 years of experience in auditing and claims management. He joined Pro in 2025, bringing extensive expertise in handling complex property and casualty claims and specializing in litigation management for insurers and reinsurers worldwide. Throughout his career, Jeffrey has held senior leadership roles at several prominent organizations, including Southern Trust, Everest Reinsurance, and USAA.

He has a particularly strong background in overseeing facultative and treaty reinsurance claims, with responsibilities that have included financial analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Jeffrey also spent three years teaching at the university level, a role that complements his technical proficiency with strong communication and analytical skills.

Jeffrey holds an MBA in Finance and International Business and an MA in International Studies. He is multilingual, fluent in English and Spanish with conversational proficiency in Portuguese, and holds multiple industry designations, including CPCU, ARM, and ARe. His expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including commercial liability, professional indemnity, energy, marine, and environmental claims.
