Oliver is an accomplished insurance professional with a strong background in occupational disability insurance, claims management and digital innovation. As the current Head of Product and User Experience at Pro Global Germany, he leads on product development, user-centric service design and data-driven innovation to meet the evolving needs of insurers and MGAs.
Oliver began working with Pro Global in a consultancy role supporting the German team on project, process and claims management. His expertise and collaborative approach led to his appointment as Head of Product and User Experience, where he now focuses on expanding Pro Global’s service portfolio and delivering tailored, analytics-led solutions. His work is helping insurers navigate a fast-changing regulatory and market landscape with greater resilience, efficiency, and compliance.
Before working with Pro Global, Oliver held senior roles in both insurance carriers and technology providers. He was Senior Business Development Manager at Adesso Insurance Solutions, where he specialised in digital transformation and client growth strategies. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at HDI Lebensversicherung AG, progressing through multiple roles with a primary focus on occupational disability insurance. His responsibilities included serving as Head of Claims Management and on an interim basis, Head of Underwriting—positions that highlight his deep operational expertise and leadership capability.
At Pro Global, Oliver brings together his extensive knowledge of the German insurance market, strong technical foundation and strategic outlook to shape future-ready solutions. His approach is rooted in close collaboration with clients and a passion for developing innovative, data-led products that enhance decision-making and improve outcomes for policyholders.
