With more than 15 years of experience in disability claims assessment at a leading German insurer, Oliver Schippa combines deep specialist knowledge with a strategic understanding of digital transformation. His career encompasses the full spectrum of disability claims handling — from processing complex cases in both office and field environments to ultimately leading the disability claims assessment department.
Guided by curiosity and a strong focus on modernisation, Oliver has been instrumental in the co‑development and implementation of several IT systems designed to support and enhance the disability benefits review process.
