With more than 15 years of experience in disability claims assessment at a leading German insurer, Oliver Schippa combines deep specialist knowledge with a strategic understanding of digital transformation. His career encompasses the full spectrum of disability claims handling — from processing complex cases in both office and field environments to ultimately leading the disability claims assessment department.
Guided by curiosity and a strong focus on modernisation, Oliver has been instrumental in the co‑development and implementation of several IT systems designed to support and enhance the disability benefits review process. His work consistently reflects a commitment to efficiency, usability, and sustainable process optimisation.
