Pro Global strengthens Audit & Advisory practice with senior compliance appointment 

Robinson brings extensive insurance compliance experience to the role, with more than 15 years’ experience across regulatory compliance, conduct risk and insurance operations. She has worked across a range of insurance businesses, including UKGI and Hastings Direct, and is also a board member and investor in ONO, a specialist fleet incident management business, giving her additional insight into the operational and technology challenges facing the insurance sector.

Her appointment comes as compliance teams face a widening brief. Consumer Duty remains firmly embedded in the regulatory agenda, while operational resilience, the rapid adoption of AI and questions around effective human oversight are creating new areas of scrutiny for insurers, MGAs and other regulated businesses.

Rather than treating these as separate regulatory exercises, Pro is seeing increasing demand for specialist advice that connects compliance requirements with the reality of how insurance businesses operate day to day.

In her new role, Robinson will work with clients across Pro’s Audit & Advisory practice, supporting businesses to assess conduct risk and the effectiveness of their compliance frameworks, identify weaknesses early and translate regulatory requirements into practical controls and sustainable improvements.

Robinson is also returning to Pro, having previously worked with the business as a Compliance Consultant earlier in her career. Her appointment brings her previous knowledge of Pro together with the broader perspective she has developed through senior roles across the market.
