Emma is the Claims Manager for two of the Legacy Claims Teams at Pro, having joined the company in December 2020 as a team leader servicing Legacy Disease claims.
With 14 years of experience in the insurance industry, Emma brings a diverse skill set to her role. She successfully achieved a diploma in Management and a distinction in the management apprenticeship in September 2022, enhancing her ability to support teams and contribute to the business.
Emma’s responsibilities include overseeing sensitive and Casualty claims, meeting KPIs, supporting projects, ensuring compliance, and providing mentorship and support to colleagues.

Tim joined Pro Global in September 2020 and is the Claims Manager of Complex Claims, a team who manage a portfolio of asbestos related losses and other respiratory conditions.
He has over 30 years of UK general insurance claims experience, managing a variety of losses including Employers Liability, Public Liability and Motor liability, with a focus on personal injury.
Tim has managed teams for over 25 years, dealing with large portfolios of claims for clients with various financial arrangements (fully insured, self-insured, large deductibles). He has retained technical claims handling roles, in addition to team/people management and management of relationships with customers, brokers and suppliers.
Tim is ACII qualified and holds Chartered Insurer status.

Lucy Eaborn is an experienced Disease and Environmental Claims Technician with over 24 years of knowledge handling EL and PL claims.
Specializing in claims for the local authority and public sector market, where she served as a Lead TPA contact/handler for Municipal Mutual Insurance. She has a passion for customer service and commitment.
Lucy worked for the Zurich occupational disease team for 24 years before joining the Pro Enstar team in July 2022, She has a wealth of experience handling high-value claims, including Mesothelioma claims, and has also mentored and supervised colleagues throughout her career.

Sarah is a highly experienced Senior Claims Handler/Account Manager in the London Market with over 25 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. She has a strong background in claims handling, including Property Damage and Business Interruption claims, originating from various parts of the world such as the USA, South America, and Scandinavia. Sarah has excellent knowledge of Lloyds Market practices and the Lloyds Claims Scheme.
She is responsible for managing a team of 7 claims handlers and admin staff, leading a client service team, conducting claims peer reviews, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Sarah has experience with various systems such as ECF systems, TRAX, Guidewire, Docosoft, Iris, and LexisNexis.
Her expertise spans multiple lines of business, including Property, Contingency, Energy, Financial Lines, Cyber, Accident, and Health.
