Diana joined Pro Claims Solutions in 2022 as a Claims Assessor and was appointed Team Lead in 2026. Combining a background in psychology with extensive claims assessment experience, she brings a people-focused approach to leadership and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.

Expertise & experience

  • Holds a degree in Psychology, complemented by extensive experience in claims assessment and a deep understanding of client requirements and operational processes.
  • Experienced in onboarding, training, and mentoring new colleagues, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
  • Serves as a Key Account Manager, with responsibility for maintaining quality standards, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring consistently high levels of service delivery.
