Haris joined Pro MGA Global Solutions in November 2024 to lead its Solutions and Markets divisions, enhancing its market offering and accelerating its growth. Haris is a seasoned professional with a bachelor’s degree in economics and nearly a decade of experience in the London insurance market. Specialising in Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA), Haris has spent most of his insurance career leading DUA business for Lloyd’s European platform.

Throughout his tenure, Haris has demonstrated exceptional expertise in managing complex MGA and Facility setups across the Lloyd’s Market and fostering strategic partnerships. His deep understanding of the DUA landscape, combined with his analytical skills and pragmatic approach, has enabled MGA growth through the Lloyd’s Market.

Outside of his professional endeavours, Haris is passionate about continuous learning and development and is currently undertaking a Level 7 Senior Leadership Apprenticeship with Lloyd’s and Hult Ashridge.
