With a proven track record, Andrew has led UK and Global Finance Functions for various companies, serving as the Executive Director for a Group Holdings Company, a regulated UK Insurance company, a German Holding Company, and other subsidiaries within the Group.
Andrew is renowned for successfully delivering transformational projects focused on Financial systems, Risk, Data, and Management Information frameworks. From development to implementation, he provides simple and workable solutions, integrating IT applications where appropriate. Andrew’s extensive experience has equipped him with a broad range of flexible skills applicable to diverse roles and responsibilities, further enhanced through his completion of the MBA program in 2014.
His specialties encompass Financial Management, Financial Reporting and Control, Change Management, Process Design, Employee Engagement, HR Strategy, leadership, and stakeholder management.
