Jessica is a Senior Compliance Consultant in Pro’s Audit & Advisory practice, where she helps insurers, MGAs and other regulated firms assess conduct risk, test whether their compliance frameworks work in practice and turn regulatory requirements into practical, sustainable controls.
She brings more than 15 years of insurance compliance experience spanning regulatory compliance, conduct risk and insurance operations, including senior roles at UKGI and Hastings Direct. She is also a board member and investor in ONO, a specialist fleet incident management business.
Jessica previously worked with Pro as a Compliance Consultant and rejoined in 2026. Her work focuses on the areas under closest regulatory scrutiny: Consumer Duty, complaints handling and root cause analysis, product governance and fair value, operational resilience, and the governance of artificial intelligence and human oversight in insurance operations.
