Katherine Gordon is a Senior auditor with over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, primarily in claims. She joined Pro in January 2022 and has experience working at Northshore performing Coverholder and TPA File Audits.
Katherine has a background in investigating and resolving Auto, Property, Liability, and Bodily Injury claims and has worked as a claim specialist for major insurance companies like Agero Inc, Dane Street, and One Beacon.
Her expertise includes handling claims of various exposure levels, negotiations, critical thinking, report writing, and technology. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and has excellent communication skills with knowledge of Lloyd’s Delegated Audit scope.
