Mike Dalzell brings over 35 years of industry experience, with more than a decade dedicated to Compliance, Risk and Audit managerial roles, as well as being the Pro Group Company Secretary.  Since 2019, Mike has served as Group Head of GRC and is recognised within Pro Global’s leadership team for his deep expertise in compliance, his pragmatic approach to problem-solving, and his commitment to operational excellence in a complex regulatory landscape.  His work ensures that Pro Global maintains robust resilience and adheres to evolving industry standards and regulatory requirements.
