In her current role, Gemma meticulously reviews scopes and quotes for Coverholder and DCA Audits, maintains audit schedules with precision, arranges vital client meetings, and issues reports.

Her financial acumen shines as she raises and issues invoices promptly. Gemma actively engages with clients, either remotely or face-to-face, fostering valuable relationships and ensuring their needs are met. She also maintains crucial liaisons with contractors, initiates pre-audit information requests, and conducts regular one-on-one meetings with her direct reports to promote their professional growth. With a notable background as a Team Leader on various UWIS Clients and the attainment of a Cert CII qualification, Gemma Roberts is an invaluable asset to Pro, epitomising dedication and excellence in the insurance industry.
